I’m Christlie Jean-Baptiste—a New York–based media professional, storyteller, and creator.

My work lives at the intersection of music, culture, digital media, and real life. Elevate With No Pressure brings my professional experience and personal journey together in one place.
I created this platform for honest stories and meaningful connection. It’s a space for creativity, healing, and growth, with room for the parts of life that don’t fit a polished highlight reel.
Alongside this personal platform, I lead No Pressure Media Studios as owner, operator, and talent, developing documentary and original stories. From Tears to Cheers is the flagship project in development at the studio.

What began in heartbreak became a wider story.
From Tears to Cheers began with a relationship that became a catalyst for change—not the whole subject. Through my lived experience, I’m exploring identity reconstruction, healing, ADHD, accountability, spirituality, and what it takes to rebuild.
Those questions also shape Elevate With No Pressure. Here, I share the person behind the story and the reflections that keep unfolding beyond one documentary project.
